Housekeeping Services is seeking a committed, long-term, dependable and detail-oriented individual for a year-round, permanent daytime Janitorial Cleaning Position, primarily for large residential building common areas. Position requires a vehicle, a valid driver's license and car insurance as cleaning accounts are at various locations (mileage is reimbursed). Training will be specific to each account, however some prior cleaning experience is preferred. Duties will include, but not limited to: dusting/wiping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchenettes, vacuuming and mopping floors and stairs, removing trash, etc. Will be working alone (after training). Position will be approximately 20+ hours/week, M-F with varying hours. Weekends off. Pay will start at $16.00/ hour and increase after 3 months training period, depending on reliability and performance. Paid Holidays and Vacation time accrues after 3 month training/probation period.
