Join TRIO SSS North on September 15th for a workshop on mental health, resilience, and strategies to cope with stress in college. This workshop is designed to bring awareness to mental health and help you develop skills to recover quickly from challenges and adversity. You will learn the signs and symptoms of mental health challenges, the tools to increase your resilience and cope with stress, and how you can combat stigma. You have the option to attend in person or virtually.
