Very capable drummer looking for very capable musician(s)... I guess i define 'capable musician' as a person that can: comp-rhythm/lead/improvise, understand polyrhythms, pay attention to tempo and dynamics. someone that can jam ideas; that has a deep well of influences to draw from. Specifically looking for a musician that is into composing music and who is open to another musicians musical ideas. I like eclectic/genre-crossing stuff, groove/hypnotic stuff; melodic/outside, psychedelic/jagged, heavy/light....and good pop tunes are fun! Genres i like to explore: afro-cuban, jazz, reggae, funk, metal, dream-pop, celtic, hip-hop, rock/prog/fusion, theatre/show tunes/movie soundtrack. Can do duo stuff (drum/keys, drum/guit., drum/bass). Downtown seattle/immediate-surrounding areas only. and, as always....Be Cool!-)
