Linda Gall (aka Lynn) is flipping 2 small dogs (a longhaired chihuahua and a havanese or shih tzu) that she bought off of Craigslist. Please pass this around so that their former owners can find them. There is someone in the home who is abusing the dogs she buys to flip.
