Found iPhone 12 in waterproof bag

I found an iPhone 12 in a waterproof pack in chatfield today. The phone powers on and seems to be in working order but is locked and service is no longer active. If you or someone you know lost a phone email me with description of phone, bag, and the description of Lock Screen picture I will return the phone. I’m trying to get phone back to rightful owner.
