MBR Transportation, LLC is looking for Box truck Drivers (Standard license) to transport palletized freight from Amazon to the post office. Usually Max distance 300 miles. • Opportunities are paid by the load which averages to around $17 hour • Paid weekly bonus incentives for keeping an 100% on time delivery • Full time position (W9) • Shift: Graveyard 10 pm-7am • Must be able to be able to work 6 days per week • Must have a valid driver’s license (CDL not required) • Must be 21 years or older • Must be VERY PUNCTUAL! • Responsible & Reliable • Dock-to-Dock type of deliveries • A Night Owl, happy to Work Graveyard • Physically fit (Pallet Jack Palletized Freight) • Have a good driving record (MVR) • 1 year of similar driving experience (16 ft to 26 ft. Box Trucks) Preferred not required • Prior Class B CDL experience preferred not required • Will clear a Background Check • Will clear a Drug Test - NO Marijuana • No DUI in the last 3 years • No License suspensions in the last 2 years • No major at fault accidents in the last 2 years Driver Responsibilities • 1-5 stops per night. • Provide and Operate Liftgate and Pallet jack. • Must be able to Load and Unload your own truck. • Delivering palletized products to various Local Post offices • Have a reliable smartphone This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: • Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous • Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction • Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture • Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail • Independent -- enjoys working with little direction • High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure • Ability to adapt quickly 1. Routes that are under 100 miles will pay $100.00 2. Routes that are 101 to 200 miles will pay $135.00 3. Routes that are 201 to 270 miles will pay $150.00 4. Routes that are 271 to 350 miles will pay $185.00 5. Routes that are over 351 Miles will be paid at $0.50 per mile Driver that maintain 100% over score will receive $50.00 per pay period
