my name is Mrs Gould and I live at,,, 4444 Sunflower avenue......... I own one acre of artistic landscape that I have designed and developed...... My health situation I had five vertebraes operated on and it was a bad operation but I can function but have to lay down very often I may need massaging it would be great if you had skills or could learn my legs are on fire and back at times..., that is my health situation....I have a castle house and another house on this property.......... I need a person that has no responsibility to anyone else........I will give you a room. Food telephone and $100 a week............. To have a room here. I may have to set it up. I would like someone that can work with me. I do have a little bit of a mess I am getting rid of all extra items that I do not need for the business or myself. This job................. includes a room.....$100 a week.....a telephone....and food..........If you have an income that is wonderful. I'm looking for someone that wants to be dedicated for several years.................... because you will get a percentage of the business also....... that we build.......... The most I have ever made at one party is 32,000 if that can give you an idea of what is capable for the future........ I have a million five, into my business and it is paid for,. it hip hip hooray. I need dedication for 7 to 10 years....... I would hope that you would be an alpha individual.......that can take instructions and work on your own. I have a prayer garden business,. that I need help with..... I need help with the two homes that are on my property that I rent out rooms to elderly.......... I do not cook........ My personal assistant recently passed away......... I need somebody to cook clean do my laundry and help me with my business.......I rent my rooms for $800 a month to $1,000. a month. I am willing to trade rent and pay $100 a week on top of rent payment made. Phone............ I would like someone that knows how to work a computer and knows how to do a little marketing on the internet Open up email and have great communication skills I would like for you to be older and not involved in a personal relationship..........because this will take 2 years to learn. The new life we will start together working and communicating..... I have another home that I go to........and it's important that I have a personal assistant to take care of things when I am gone. I do have other people that live here and work for me everyday.,.............. The atmosphere here is very laid back very peaceful......................... and a lot of fun. We are very kind people I am a Christian and I love God very much I am in a relationship also.................The first 90 days will be........ organizing things on the property which is quite a bit but it's not to me after that it's just a few hours a day after we get organized..................and if you need to have time up you will have any time off that you would like.......... I am very easy to get along with I just want somebody that wants to get somewhere in life and have a fun healthy...... very very positive attitude that is a must................... I don't care what your background is or what you have done........... I only care about what you will do for me and yourself at this moment in life.............. I do not judge....
