Live-In Nanny, House Manager needed

Hello, I am looking for a house manager. This role will help with running the house, and with running mine and my daughter's businesses. The role will consist of the following: Light housekeeping Laundry Yard work and gardening Light cooking occasionally Errands Helping me with basic admin duties Research Helping my daughter (age 16) with school, and running her businesses (farmers market, flea market, breeding, and online commerce) House sitting while we are out of town and taking care of the animals Pay- is DOQ Benefits- Use of vehicle, a private wing with bedroom, bath, and living room, all utilities and meals. 3 weeks of paid vacation. 1-3% of the profit of my daughter's businesses based on performance. Hours: between 40-60 per week You will have at least one day per week off and at least one full weekend per month. Location: Southern Central Iowa, USA (about 75 miles from Des Moines, Iowa) Household members: me and my daughter (age 16).
