Recovering from covid in need of help

Having covid it seems like I have not fully recovered from it with the after effects. My doctor really did not do much, but give me the anti virals and when I called for a follow up not much was done in either primary care or other departments regarding my well being. I really could use some help with a few things as I am the little savings I had is now gone. I was thinking about starting a go fund me, but was advised not to for personal fundraising and help. Here is a list of things I could use or am in need of to keep me safe Hand sanitizer or wipes Masks Latex gloves or gloves in size m or l I will take XL if that's all you have. I was doing good on my weight loss journey hit until I got covid so I can also use healthy meals similar to Herbalife or meal replacement shakes Lastly I don't ask for much in the clothing department but I could use some new underwear mens size large and nylon dress socks and a pair of size size 10 or 10 wide dress and everyday shoes. shoes can be new or used. As I volunteer at church and volunteer teach high schoolers in the community. Anything else the community may want to help me with just some of my needs along with my story attached. Also would be blessed if anyone knew of any gigs or ways I can earn a little bit of $. I am not able to drive, not due to laziness but due to a medical condition. Also do to a disability and my mental health have not been able to work for 13 years. Tried ssi and ssdi numerous times and got denied. My church has only been the one who has accepted me for who I am as a volunteer. Hopefully the Craigslist community does too with no judgement.
