Yard maintenance person needed for 5 properties on the Bear Creek Reservoir in Jackson County. No equipment needed, we've got the mower, blower, etc., but preferably you have some experience operating a zero turn mower and yard maintenance equipment in general. It's also helpful if you have a truck for haul off of debris as needed. We're also looking for a handyman to handle various repairs etc on these rental properties, as well as several in Athens. The grass cutting is a regular gig, with the houses needing cut 1-2x/month. The handyman work is less consistent, but also needed approximately once a month on slower months, and several times a month during busier times. These houses needing grass cutting are all next to each other directly across from the reservoir on Hwy 330, approximately 10 minutes from the Golden Pantry on Tallassee Rd. in Athens. It takes approximately 8 hours give or take to cut the grass on these 5 houses, and additional time as needed to maintain bushes, shrubs etc. Typically we cut the grass 1-2x/month, apprx every 3 weeks as needed. Great hourly pay, but rate depends on experience. We're looking for someone who will do this long term, keeping the grass cut and yards maintained on these houses every month. It's ideal if you're also a handyman that can assist with the rental repairs as needed. Painting, light carpentry, junk removal, etc.
