SEEKING: Handyman - hanging art / shelving / mirror/ outdoor lighting

I have a long ‘honey do’ list that I need assistance with. Mount TV Hang art Corner shelving unit Curtains (+rod install) Remove/Replace shelf in living room *Patch existing holes* Set up dog fence outside Hang outdoor lights Set up outdoor mister system outside …. It’s a fair amount of work likely spread across a couple days. It’s a small space. I have the mounting kits and some extra hardware but there is also a Home Depot near by. I need someone who can get everything taken care of THE RIGHT WAY. I’d rather you spend extra time running out to grab the exact hardware needed then to just get it done quickly. I have CEMENT walls in my apartment and you need the correct cement drill in order to mount things here. It needs to be done by the book, perfectly. Everything should be level and centered. I’m not sure the best way to hang the lighting outside so I’d appreciate your expertise. Please advise your hourly rate.
