Looking to find and hire the right shoeshine trainee to professionally manage and operate two location(s) at the Van Nuys Private Jet Centers. Hiring immediately someone to train in the lost art of Boot & Shoe Care (as in bespoke high end shoe shine). This person will operate and manage two professional shoe chair kiosks. This would require some professional hands on training, in which during you will be paid $15.00 an hour. The training usually takes more than 12 hourss and determined by the Buisness Owner. After the initial training period You will get a pay raise to be starting at a minimum of $18.00 per hour. And paid weekly. Plus this job you will keep 100% of all tips. After the first 30 days the owner will provide you a bonus of $250.00. All because the Owner is looking to hire the right person for this position ASAP! What the owner will provide you: + Hourly rate paid out weekly: TBD after 12 hours of training (*Usually starting at a minimum of $18.00 per hour for the first 12 months). + This work also receives cash tips (*And 100% all yours to keep). + Bonus after your first 12 months. (*And then a bonus after that every June and December each year and after a review with owner). + A very professional and easy going work environment. + All the leather and shoe care products for you. + Professional Apron and shirts to wear. + Expresso Coffee, Tea, and water. + NY Times, LA Times and Wall Street Journal Newspapers + $250.00 New Hire Bonus. Paid after first 30 days of start date. The right person will be able to: * Start *up to 12 hours of training. Will pay you after 12 hours. $15.00 each hour of training. * Provide professional customer service to exclusive VIP customers. * Work Mornings: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. From either 6AM to 2PM, or 7am to 3PM. * Work on your own and account for your hours or work.
