Hi Artists/ Culinary Arts/ Yoga & Natural Health Practitioners, I'm Monica, and I am an art community developer/ interior designer/ costume accessories and interior decor maker. Because of high rental costs in nyme and my artist peers found an art loft in Staten Island to build a community of fine artists and natural health & regenerative living practitioners. Now we are looking for fine artists, creative professionals, yoga practitioners, herbal culinary artists to rent our art studio spaces & offices [private or shared] in our large high ceiling loft [2200 sq ft] - Long and short term. [See Price plan and the plan of Loft in photos] There are also 2 large open spaces. that can booked for classes, culinary art classes, yoga, open gallery, or photoshoots. [See photos and price plan below] Our preference is to support artists, creative professionals, holistic health practitioners [yoga, herbal, vegetarian/vegan/herbal culinary art], and climate control / regenerative living businesses. [If you are a working artist and interested in an art studio space for free, please inquire about our internship program in exchange for a free space. The would be a possible work/live position. ] The Loft: 2200 sq ft. It has 3 private office rooms - 1 large, 2 medium. 2 large open spaces, an accessible rooftop, and 1 bathroom. [See plan in pictures] Location: The loft is located in Stapleton Staten Island, 10 minute ride to NYC ferry. It is the closest part of Staten Island to NYC, Brooklyn, and Jersey City. If you dont want the ferry there is also public transportation to Manhattan and Brooklyn [see pictures of maps with timing]. You can also click maps bottom right of the ad to find directions. Transportation: To Lower Manhattan: about 1 hour ride or less to lower Manhattan, Soho area. [See maps in pictures] Parkslope/Gowanus Brooklyn: about 1 hr 15 min. Jersey City: Approx 1.5 hr General Price Plan: Open spaces for photo shoots, classes and gallery event By the hour: 100 By the day: 500 [ei. 9am - 9pm] Studio & office rental: Shared space: 500 + util Private: rent + util [can share] [In detail - Large room/ medium rooms 4 months - 950 / 800 8 months - 925 / 775 1 year 900 / 750] Utilities water, electricity, gas not included but light cleaning around open work space is included. If you rent a private office, you can share with someone of your choice. need approval. Prefer Work Only Please NO HEAVY CHEMICAL, EASY CLEANING materials Only! To rent, 2.5 months upfront: 1st month + security + 1/2 of last month. Documents to show you can pay for the rest of rental such as bank statements and proof of income of 1 year or more. *900 for large room, 750 for smaller room. 500 for shared spaces.
