Small white and tan dog FOUND

SE 109th near Powell, Portland OR

Description

Found a small, older, tan and white dog Friday evening. Corner of SE109th and Powell. He is wearing a harness, but has no dog tags. I took him to the vet and he does not have a microchip. He is very sweet and well behaved. Please help us return him to his home!
