Interested in working outside, on the water with a fun team? Folsom Lake Marina is looking for a new deckhand interested in learning every aspect of the marina operations. The ideal candidate is someone looking for a long-term job or career. Knowledge of the marina is not required but someone who mechanically inclined, likes building things, can problem solve and think fast on their feet is ideal. This position encompasses many rolls, one day you can be moving cables, fixing docks, repairing plumbing leaks, helping recover a sunken boat, etc. These skill are not require as we will train anyone hired our operations, but candidate must be willing and able to learn them. The position could grow into a career or management for the right person. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, dedication and performance. Benefits are a possibility.
