Dog needing a new home with a small rehoming fee

I have a 4 month old dog that needs a forever home. We have been having issues with her going outside to use the bathroom. she needs to be at a place where she can run she is very hyper but very loveable. we call her Sheba and we was told she was a mix of husky and a beagle.
