Need a Breather - Babysitting

I don’t have any kiddos of my own. Only nieces and nephews. I’ve watched my sisters struggle for years with needing a breather from their kiddos but no one ever offers so here I am offering to babysit for other parents. I live on the west side. I’ll be 40 years old next year. My husband and I travel between Colorado Springs and Nicaragua annually. We’ve done that for about 3 years. I work from home as a property manager for our home as a short term rental and our long term investment property with a tenant. My husband owns a local construction company. I’d be willing to babysit your kids at my home or yours - your preference is fine with me.
