Seeking studio mate to share a small painting space

I rent a small studio space in a mill building in Greenfield, and am looking for someone to share it with me and split the rent. Monthly the entire rent is $250 so split we would each pay 125. Right now im using the space a little all over but once shared we can designate our own areas and even set studio schedules if it seems needed. Room is hardwood, with two windows, and multiple outlets.
