Large Property Management Company looking for a Field Inspector to perform various inspections on rental properties in the Baltimore Metro area. This can be an employee position or Independent Contractor position Job Description *Perform move in/move out inspections. *Perform vacant property inspections. *Perform occupied property inspections. *Meet Inspectors at properties. *Inspect work status on jobs in progress *Submit pictures and inspection reports to office. *Submit detailed material lists to office. Requirements *Valid drivers license *5+ years construction and or property management experience *Computer literate with the ability to send emails, use basic computer programs/software *Ability to use a Smartphone, take pictures, text, and use Apps.
