My husband and I found Lucy outside our home in South Philadelphia and have been fostering her since April. She is spayed and up to date on shots. Lucy is the sweetest girl who absolutely loves people. When she's not snoozing, she loves to cuddle and play with her toys. I've never heard a cat purr so loudly! While Lucy loves people, she does not seem to get along with other pets so would be best as an only pet in the house. If we didn't already have 2 cats we'd love to keep her ourselves!
