Homer is a beautiful and sweet and smart 7m old mini Sheepadoodle. His mom was a pure bred old English sheepdog and dad was a miniature poodle. He is 28lbs and will be around 30-34lbs full grown. Around the size of a sheltie. He is crate trained and housebroken. He does not eat table scraps and is not destructive to furniture or property and is not aggressive in any way. He eats things he shouldn’t in the yard and it’s giving him digestive issues. In fact he is in nearly a perfect dog except for the fact that he gets overly excited or stressed by very active, loud, busy households. Like mine. When it’s a quiet day he’s great but when my kids are playing or my husband has a construction project going he has stress and for that reason we have to rehome him. We are devastated because he is such a lovely dog but he needs quiet environment and a loving companion. He does not shed but does need to be brushed weekly, bathed monthly and taken to the groomers a couple times a year. He has his rabies and all of his puppy shots as well as heart guard but he does need to be neutered. STL county snip program with the ASPCA is $49 I believe. From 9pm to 7am he sleeps in a crate at night and walks great on a leash. I can send home crate, bowls, leash, collar, toys, a little bit of food and all of his papers and Pedegree. He would prefer to be an only dog with no cats or children around. But he is highly social when going for walks and at the dog park with other dogs. We are sad to see him go I’m asking $300.
