I am Looking for and needing Part Time Hard Working Help. Are You Currently Independent Contractor? Self Employed? Need Consistent Gigs And Hours to build your business? Are You Doing Handy Man-Remodeling, Outdoor Fencing or Landscaping? Do You Need some extra days or hours to fill your calendar for your Income Needs? Can You Work With Power Tools? Can you work in the elements of the outdoors with all this heat? Sawsalls, Chordless Drills, Mitre Saws, Circular Saws, Angle Grinders, Air Nailer / Roofing Guns, and Various Other Power Tools. Job Requires you to be able to break down any kind of pallet, and then use its components to repair or replace other pallets of the same, to make ready for reuse-resale. This Requires Sawsall, Pry Bars, Pallet Buster, Nailers, etc. Job Requires you to be able to lift and load pallets on to trailers for delivery and unload at clients site and shop. Job Requires you to be able to lift and unload pallets off of trailers at shop or lease for repair or storage. Some pallets are 25 to 35 lbs, some 5 to 10lbs, but a lot of repetitive lifting throughout the day, but at least you dont have to pay for a gym membership to get toned. Must have workboots, steel toed preferred but not mandatory, but boots are required. I have 2 used / spare 10w steel toed boots for use. We will supply the first pair of gloves. But gloves are mandatory when handling pallets. (loading and unloading). It is also recommended to have a very good hard hat, it makes it easier to move and carry pallets if you use your head. I have 1 spare that can be used if you dont have one. At the moment I need Help on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Minimum of 4 hrs each day but could be 6 to 8 hrs each day depending on the load. The starting pay is $16.00 an hour for first 60 days, then $16.50 an hour up to 90 days, then $17.00 hour and eligible for Sales Commissions. You must be able physically to do this job. Must Work hard and be productive. Must be reliable and on time ready to work. Must schedule a personal interview and complete an application. References are preferred.
