My job just transferred me further away from my apartment here in tucson and so I am looking for someone to take over the lease. Rent is 1125 with water and trash included. You pay for electric. Its is a gated and quiet community. Very beautiful complex. They accept evictions that is atleast 1 year old so it is definitely easy to get in. Our unit has all steel appliances out of the whole complex so thats a plus. Its a pretty good size for a family of 5. Here the max is 7 people. To me it's just hard to make rent while spending 70 dollars a day in gas to get to work in Phoenix then coming back here. We scheduled an appointment for the carpets to be professionally cleaned
