Found on the Bog River at co-ordinates 44.111522 -74.654228 on Monday Sep 5th. (close to Hitchins Pond) Sorry for the late posting but it couldn't be helped, as this thing rode around the wilderness in my canoe all week. Android phone inside the sack shows the name "Peter". Other items in the sack also.
