Need apartment handyman. Basic understanding of drywall, electrical, plumbing, paint, doors, landscaping etc etc. We operate low income rental apartments and manufactured homes. We do quick turns on these apartments to prepare them for re-rent. Must be able to be productive and efficient working unsupervised (this seems to be a problem for alot of people). Need to have transportation not the bus. Need to have some basic tools, we have most. 1099 we won't take taxes from you but you need an SSI number or TIN # and picture ID. 1st day paid immediately cash app or zelle. I can pay daily if that is helpful. I offer full time SECURITY, don't text me for bid jobs. Pay starts at 15 and hour if your good we can bump you up from that number quickly. Review for a pay raise after 2 weeks. There is more in the budget for a good man.
