Let’s start with pay and hours. $20/hr, until I know you’re worth more and if you’re worth less I won’t use you. Mon-Fri 9-6 and some Saturdays. You will be paid every Friday, via Zelle or Cash App. I’m not a personal ATM, so there will be no daily draws. Everyone has a story, I’m just not interested in it! I’m looking for the right guy, so I’m in no hurry to just hire anyone. Must have own transportation. I am not looking for helpers or those that can learn fast, or catch on quick…been there tooo many times. Here’s what I do; drywall, plumbing, light electrical, showers/tubs, doors, carpentry, lighting, cabinets…just a lil bit of it all. I want someone that knows close to what I know. Here’s the tools I use on a regular basis; skill saw, miter saw, table saw, oscillating saw, drills, impacts, grinder, tile saw, and lots of hand tools. I work for a company that owns and rents out homes. I’m never ever out of work! Some jobs are a day, some are 3-4 days. Jobs consist of toilet leaks, shower leaks, cabinet rebuild, drywall repair, and just about everything else that goes wrong with older homes. Here’s what I don’t do and don’t have to b/c someone else does. AC, roofs, pools and driveways. Text is best. Send me your name and your skill set along with years of experience per skill set.
