Needs a good owner with experience. He is reactive on leash, does best in a backyard with other dogs. Gets along with cats but can be annoying so he gets smacked. Not neutered but has been on the list for Paws. I am not his first owner, but they are going to prison and he needs better than an apartment. And yes, they do know about the rehoming.
