Found lost puppy

My neighbor found a puppy by itself at night she stated the shelter won’t take her and she has a dog so couldn’t keep her. We took on the puppy in hopes to find her owner and haven’t heard anything around. She is grey/white & a few months old. Mixed breed. She will need to be taken to vet, we are not sure what was done to her prior has far as shots, but her tail is snipped. She is very sweet and free to a loving home.
