Established apartment community in Dallas (75240) is seeking a full-time Assistant Maintenance person to start immediately with competitive pay, employer paid health benefits, accrued sick (one week annually), and accrued vacation (two weeks annually). HVAC, electric or plumbing certification(s) a plus. This position does not require on-call after normal business hours or work on weekends.
