Dear Neighbors, Happy New Year! I would like to invite you to a self development series "Heal Thy Self". Unknowingly or knowingly we keep many bitter memories in our most sacred place, heart. In other words, we keep many types of thorns that hurt and block us from progressing forward. Then, we expect others to show compassion and heal us. Isn't that a life of a dependent? Isn't it our responsibility to keep ourselves Heal+Thy? Description In today's world, everything (body, relations, work, finances, etc.) seems to be hurting or causing pain. Are the efforts and focus on healing the external world working and enabling us to be hurt free? The intent of this course is to share wisdom of using the inner GPS (Guidance, Power, Self Sustenance) to locate the sweet spot of unshakable pure love for the self! The pure love for the self heals everything effortlessly. Infact I can boldly yet humbly claim that pure pride in thyself is the ONLY way to heal thyself. Date and Timing: A total of four classes, starts on Jan 6th, on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. Jan 6: Who is real thyself? My Personal Experience: I have been on a beautiful journey of self development for the last few years. One of the most empowering lessons I have learnt is understanding the real self deeply - its potential, qualities, powers, and journey in this world. Understanding the real self has made me fall in love with thyself and generated pure pride for thyself. It has finished the blame game of others hurting or not being fair to me. I feel empowered to heal thyself rather than having to wait, request, demand, or beg others to heal thyself.
