Female Doggy Found in the university/ Harrisburg area. Very very sweet & tiny. She must be about 4-5lbs… Not sure of age. But if I know anything about dogs, she’s a 1-2yr old chihuahua - black and brown. Had a black collar on, I removed it because it was dirty. * I am looking for her owners because I don’t want to send her to animal control - so I will be very questionable when replying.
