Join us this Fall as the Office of Equity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement presents BEYOND. This speaker series will explore how Madison College can move beyond bold statements and towards an anti-racist organization that is dedicated to equity and inclusion within our campus community. This series kicks off on Wednesday September 21st at 1pm. Join us as we hear from Dr. Damira Grady, Vice President of Equity, Inclusion and Community Engagement for ”Beyond...Equity and Inclusion: Why Doesn’t a Diversity Training Work?” In this presentation, Dr, Grady will discuss ways in which we can work together to move beyond a culture that upholds structural inequity.
