You work hard. You have education and experience. So why do you sometimes feel like a fraud? During our in-depth conversation about Overcoming Imposter Syndrome, we will analyze the occasional inability to believe success is deserved and tame our inner critic. In other words, we will prove that you DO know what you're doing! Join host Cyndi Donahue on Wednesday, September 28th and an incredible panel of women in leadership, including: Christine Brischle, Vice President of Operations and Membership at the YMCA of the Inland Northwest. She earned her degree at Gonzaga University and her Teaching Certificate at WSU before becoming a teacher for the Spokane School District. Christine developed her leadership style while working at U-District Physical Therapy and her favorite quote is "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." ~Maya Angelou Kitara Johnson, Chief Human Resources Officer for Excelsior Wellness. She earned a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership from Webster University, as well as a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University. Kitara is a veteran, Leadership Spokane graduate and was awarded Top 100 Chief Diversity Officers in the U.S. in 2021. She is on the Washington State Supreme Court's Minority and Justice Commission and is a Fairchild Airforce Base Air Mobility Command Civic Leader. Her favorite quote is "We are products of our past, but we don't have to be prisoners of it." ~Rick Warren. Kim Pearman-Gillman, Senior Vice President of Community Development & Impact for Numerica Credit Union. She has more than 36 years of senior leadership experience, including executive roles at McKinstry, ITRON and Avista. Kim has received numerous accolades, including Spokane CDA magazine's Power 50, YWCA Women of Achievement Award, University District Impact Award and Leadership Spokane's Community Trustee Award. Kim is currently on the Boards of Eastern Washington University and Empire Health Foundation, and leads the community campaign to "End the Violence" in Spokane County. Sinéad Voorhees, Assistant Dean at Whitworth University, where she directs the Institute of Leadership, Master of Business Administration, Master of Business Leadership and Elevate Women in Leadership certificate programs. She is a graduate of Leadership Spokane, was named a Top 20 Under 40 and Top 20 Women in Business by Spokane Coeur d'Alene magazine and a Rising Star by the Journal of Business. Sinéad earned her Bachelor degree from Gonzaga University and her Masters of Science from Trinity College in Dublin. Jill Yashinsky-Wortman, Certified Coach with Co-Active Training Institute and International Coaching Federation, Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner and a Playing Big Facilitator. Jill earned her undergraduate degree from St. Norbert College and a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
