We are excited to bring everyone together for the Leadership Academy! The Leadership Academy will focus on providing 21st CCLC grantees with program updates, sharing information regarding technical assistance for this year, and giving you an opportunity to create a strategic plan using your available data. During the Leadership Academy, grantees will attend the Leading with Data workshop facilitated by the Weikart Center. This workshop is designed for Program Directors to review recent staff, manager, youth, family, and teacher surveys, participation, and program activity data to empower strategic data-driven decision making. Program Directors will be encouraged to review and interpret available data from the previous program year to design a logic model and set goals to serve as the basis for their local evaluation report in alignment with 21st CCLC requirements. Each grantee should bring their Program Director and one other staff member (preferably the staff member who is responsible for your data). Please make sure that each person is registered by Friday, September 16th.
