**ACTIVELY HIRING DURING COVID-19** Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Contents Technician with a positive attitude that will go above and beyond to exceed expectations. Job Description: The contents technician works under the instruction of the Contents Manager to assist the Contents team in the packing and cleaning of items damaged by water, mold, fire and smoke, and assists in the completion of these tasks. Technicians provide excellent customer service and empathy to our homeowners during their time of need. Responsibilities Complete pack ins/pack outs adherent to the scope of work provided by the Contents Manager Complete photographic inventories of personal property using an ipad and ContentsTrack software Perform physical labor associated with cleanup activities, packing and categorizing of customers' contents, general on-location cleaning, and deodorization of personal property and structure Acquires appropriate documentation from homeowners/Communicates with homeowners to notify of job schedule Structure cleaning of walls, floors, ceilings and all areas affected by water and/or fire damage Complete cleaning process for contents on assigned jobs/Clean up job sites after demolition Follow all safety protocols and ensure that proper PPE is utilized and safety precautions are taken Provide detailed notes and photos using the company’s digital record keeping system Communicate with the Contents Manager on a daily basis to advise on job progress, issues, etc Remediate soot and smoke from fire damaged contents and structures Drive company vehicles Requirements: Valid driver’s license with minimum 3 years driving experience Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to drive large vehicles up to 26ft Minimum one year experience performing inventory of personal property or related experience Able to work in a variety of conditions, including heat/non air-conditioned spaces. Comfortable working in PPE to include splash-proof suits and half-face respirators Available for occasional after hours/weekend/overtime work Able to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time Detail oriented and organized Apply Here:
