Sunshine Yoga is for those who want to start their weekend off right with yoga, the sunrise, the beach, and community! No two sunrises are the same! We meet every Friday morning at 6:30AM. My name is Brittany and I love sharing yoga with others just as much as I love the practice itself. My perfect day includes a sunrise beach yoga class, followed by an evening yin class. I can't want to meet you and guide you through your practice on the sand! When: This class is held every Friday morning at 6:30-7:30 AM Where: On the sand across from 200 N Ocean Blvd. Delray Beach, near lifeguard stand N2. (North of Atlantic Avenue, across from Dorchester). What/Who: An all levels hatha-vinyasa style class. This class is for everyone, and modifications will be available for every body. If this is your first yoga class, or you are a regular practitioner, you are welcome here! Bring a yoga mat, towel, or large sheet to practice on. I like to lay my mat on a large sheet to give myself more space. Parking is free on A1A. This class is held by donation ($10-15 suggested). Cash, venmo, or zelle.
