Ward 4 invites you to join us for a whiskey tasting and delicious barbeque dishes. We will be preparing each dish with their paired bourbon to give each meal a unique flavor
The menu for the night will be -
First Course - Maple Bourbon Glazed Grilled Shrimp with Pork Belly, paired with Knob Creek 9 Year
Second Course - Bourbon BBQ Brisket Slider, paired with Basil Hayden
Third Course - Smoked Baby Back Ribs with Bourbon Baked Beans, and a Mexican Street Corn Salad, paired with Booker's Bourbon
Dessert - Doughnut Bread Pudding with a bourbon cream sauce, paired with Baker's 8 Year Single Barrel
This will be a private event. Tickets may be purchased through Eventbrite or at Ward 4 now through September 25th.
This is a 21 and over event, IDs are required.
