Heyyy Beautiful Ones, Welcome to the space especially curated to center the healing, wellness and joy of young women of color; The HEROGirls Suite Retreat was formerly known as The Birthing Suite. Now we are so excited to be back together, better than ever and so after almost two years of being apart! The HEROGirls team is lead by an amazing team of Black women. We are Moms, mentors, educators, college students and entrepreneurs united to provide excellent healing experiences for Black girls. The Suite Retreat centers Black girls healing, leaning into self love, discovering what it means to live a ‘soft life’ , flowing into healthy relationships, connecting with new friends through mindfulness. This wellness weekend provides mentorship, luxurious spa facials, nourishing meals, yoga, dance and a customized progress plan for each attendee. HEROGirls cultivates safe spaces to create boundaries and breakthrough unhealthy habits.
