His & Hers Cleaning Solutions LLC is looking for part time and full time Cleaning Crew Members to join our rapidly expanding team located in Melville, NY. Description: The Cleaning Crew Member provides basic and deep cleaning services to residential and commercial customers located in Long Island and Queens. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of homes and business of different sizes, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms and offices • Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, stripping and polishing floors, and carpet cleaning • Disinfecting/sanitizing (we have full protective gear for contagious concerns) • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures • Making beds and changing linens • Washing inside of windows • Emptying trash and tidying up rooms • Junk removal and Move In/Move Out • Monitoring supplies and making sure more are ordered when needed • Identifying and reporting when cleaning equipment needs to be repaired or replaced Requirements: • Residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred but we will train the right candidates! • Must pay attention to details and clean thoroughly in both a team environment and independently • Positive attitude and be able to proactively communicate with the Crew Team Leader • Must be authorized to work in the US • Driver license with car is preferred but must be able to at least get to the Melville location to pick up supplies and/or to carpool What We Offer: • Paid on-the-job trainings and certifications (salary increase after certain certifications) • Competitive pay with periodic performance reviews, raises and bonuses • Opportunity to move into higher paying cleaning positions or become a Cleaning Crew Team Leader • Uniforms and all equipment and supplies are provided • Paid time off for both part time and full time positions • Flexible schedules, with daytime and nighttime hours, 7 days a week and year-round work Physical Requirements: • Neck rotation, trunk rotation, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching, crawling • Standing for extended periods of time • Lift/carry up to 40 lbs To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
