Part time maintenance and caretaker position for commercial/industrial building. Approximately 10-15 hours per week. Good for retiree or extra off hour income. Duties to include: - daily hour long walk-through of 50,000 s.f. building while checking plumbing/mechanical systems and general security and function of property - minor carpentry/painting/flooring/electrical/plumbing/repairs - facilitating trade contractors for repairs and emergencies - ability to quickly respond to emergencies anytime of day to assess issues and determine proper action. candidate requirements: - able to lift and carry 50 lb items - work off both extension and step ladders - able to use and have their own basic tools to accomplish the above duties Please respond to the CL email above with background experience and work history and references All candidates will be subject to background and CORI check.
