Description

Again This year we are splitting Zwanze day into two seatings of 50 ppl. Seating one starts at 10 am and ends at 4pm. We have another seating at 5pm. It will be a bit more intimate and you will have servers taking care of you... No lines to wait for beer or food! We will bring it to your table! Tickets are $65 per person. Today you are reserving your spot for $25. The $25 will be deducted from your ticket on Zwanze day. (think of it as pre paying $25 towards your ticket). Tax and gratuity are not included in your ticket. Please be on time as event starts promptly at 10 am. $25 reservation hold is non-refundable if you arrive late for your reservation. There's no "pre-gaming" this year, so please do not come early in the morning. Here's what is included in your Zwanze day ticket:10 am Welcome Pour: Sunrise at the End of the World (La Fin du Monde Mimosa)11 am De Ranke MirakelBlend made of 1,2 & 3 year old lambics: Boon, Girardin and De Ranke’s own brewed lambic "Spierelambic" named after the tiny river that runs near the brewery12 pm Pohjala ValkImperial Estonian Gose brewed with massive amounts of local bilberries (European blueberries) and Sage 1 pm Cantillon Sang BleuLambic blended with Blue Honeysuckle (Haskap) berries from Canada. The berries taste like a cross between raspberries, blueberries and rhubarb.2 pm Cantillon Zwanze 2022This year’s Zwanze is a two-year-old Lambic blend with black pepper. For this year’s beer, we worked with Sandrine from Misao: La Maison des Poivres here in Brussels. Sandrine had us try various types of Congolese pepper, and we eventually decided on one called poivre de Gorilles. This pepper grows wild in the forests of the Republic of the Congo. Aromatic, but not too spicy, it blends beautifully with the refreshing acidity of our Lambic. As we have done over the years, there will be Cantillon pours available for purchase. This year includes Vigneronne, Cuvee St. Gilloise, and St. Lamvinus. Upon arrival, you'll be seated, and your server will bring you your welcome pour and tasting notes with all the wonderful beers available.
