From 4:15 - 4:30 PM, there will be mingling where you can check out the resource tables from our community partners, participate in crafts, and learn more about YWCA Northeast Indiana. At 4:30 PM, a short ceremony in honor and support of survivors will begin. During the ceremony, we will have a reading of the Proclamation by a representative of the Mayor's office. We will also have a poetry reading and survivor stories being shared. After the ceremony, we will drop flowers in the river and share a moment of silence and unity in honor of each person whose life has been affected by domestic violence this past year. Attendees are encouraged to engage with the resource tables, take photos, participate in crafts, etc. YWCA Northeast Indiana occasionally uses photographs in its printed publications and marketing materials, as well as on its website and social media feeds. Registration serves as a release, granting YWCA Northeast Indiana permission to use photographs from this event.
