Bestselling author Gianna Biscontini and lululemon Legacy Ambassador Sophia Da Silva pour gas on the fire of the women's movement in this immersive, inspired and high-vibration retreat with a mission: to lift women and the world. Designed to ignite new ways of thinking, release archaic societal narratives and inspire new lifestyles, the retreat integrates yoga, self-exploration and guidance, and community connection. Sophia will lead a 60-minute yoga class to practice a physical embodiment and release of each f*ck uncovered in the book. Next, Gianna will do a short reading followed by a workshop focused on discussion, exploration of past narratives and actions for the future. A catered reception featuring local fare from Al Fresko Market and drinks by JUNESHINE, capped by a final "release" ceremony, will send guests off with a plan for how to live life from the inside and on their terms. Each guest will receive a copy of "F*ckless", a ritual spray designed specifically for the event by founder of Quinntessentials, Julie Quinn, healthy local fare and drinks from Al Fresko and JUNESHINE, and more. *At this time, this event is for individuals who identify as female.
