wanted: lawn topdress and seeding

I have about 15,000 sq ft of lawn. About half of it is bumpy from a previous construction project. About half of it has gaps where grass hasnt grown in yet. Soo id like someone to: Plug aerate the lawn Overseed Topdress/level the lawn I think the topressing will be a bit more, some spots may even need a couple inches of soil. Definitely needs to have some topdressing material put out and leveled with some sort of flat drag Let me know if you’re interested in all or in part of the work.
