Compassion Building: "Helping Foster and Adoptive Families." This 2-hour training is designed for friends and families of foster/adopt/kinship families. Do you know a child who has experienced trauma? Maybe you are not his parent, but you are his grandparent, teacher, babysitter, or friend of the family. This training is for those who are wishing to understand the children they love and want practical tips to engage with the child better as well as support the family of the child. This training is hosted alongside our partner, Highland Lakes Crisis Network.
