Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide Clients information and enrolling them in the best health plan available to them, based off their needs. Obtain all certifications and other health plan requirements to be ready to sell. Utilize tools available to obtain new clients. Have a passion to deliver top quality service. Uphold compliance and ethics per CMS guidelines. Provide input and support on new product and sales processes. Participation on Team and Individual Meeting. Perform other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications: Previous Insurance or financial experience is preferred. Must have current Life and Health License. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written. Customer service skills. Multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to present sales and training material to large group in person, over the phone and Go to Meeting type settings. Must be available to work sales events assigned. Organized and can prioritize tasks. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Must possess proficient computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Window-based applications. Proven to be highly dependable and self-motivator. Is curious and able to ask probing questions to obtain necessary information. Able to work across time zones with remote team members
