I just leased a storage room in the basement of an old building in Chicago. I did not realize that there was a small area of concrete removed (somewhere around 12' by 2') to do some plumbing work. It is currently level to the existing floor with dirt and sand.
I need to have some of the dirt removed and a concrete patch installed. It won't have to support much weight, I just need a surface down there that I can hose off and keep clean. It needs to be nicely level and smooth with the rest of the floor so I don't trip.
Let me know what is fair compensation for the work...there is a hose located in the room for mixing the concrete and the room as three steps down into it from an exterior sidewalk area to access.
