Join SAFE-D Net Alliance every 2nd Friday for Black Business Friday @ CAARE, Inc. from 4 to 6 pm. Black Business Friday is an Empowerment and Self-Determination Business Fair and Customer Exchange that will lead, guide, and encourage the black community in Durham to Restore, Connect and Rebuild the entrepreneurial spirit of Durham's Historic Black Wall Street. Every 2nd Friday we will recognize black-owned businesses, nonprofits, services, and startups. The event is open to the public. Our goals: Invest BlackEmpower BlackBuy BlackRe-build Black In the next 3-5 years, we want to help rebuild a vibrant marketplace where black businesses thrive. SAFE-D Net works across Durham as an educator, advocate and supporter to eliminate race-based structural barriers and advance long-term solutions that create new opportunities for Black and Brown people to improve health, housing, justice and economic development so that our communities thrive collectively.
