Green parrot? In my tree

I live on elm avenue off of Sutter and saw a green parrot or maybe parakeet (I'm not great with bird breeds) up on the tree at my house.it was maybe 10:10am or so definitely somebody's pet though, figured I'd post on here and Humboldt paws cause just in case it helps
