Description

Each year, 1 in 500 African Americans are born with Sickle Cell Disease (SCD), an inherited blood disorder that occurs more commonly in African Americans. At present, there is no universally known cure for Sickle Cell Disease. September is Sickle Cell Awareness month. Let's take a step toward "Breaking the Sickle Cycle" in loving memory of our warrior, Vernell P. Graham and our founder, Rochelle Daniels.
